Matt Martin started his real estate journey in 2004 while he was attending The Ohio State University. However, his journey into the real estate industry started well before then. Matt is a 2nd generation realtor who grew up with his father excelling in real estate in Ohio for over 30 years. After Matt graduated from The Ohio State University in 2006, he moved with his wife Natalie to the City of Westerville where they resided ever since. Matt is currently in the Keller Williams Consultants office based out of Dublin, Ohio. During his time at Keller Williams Consultants since 2007 he has continuously been part of the Top 20% Mastermind Team and in 2020 he received the 2020 Presidential Excellence Award from the Columbus Board of Realtors. Matt is also a member of the I Love Coaching Group based out of Charleston, South Carolina. Matt’s love for teaching, communicating processes, and helping others connected his past teaching career to his current real estate success. In 2022 Matt resigned from his teaching position at one of the best public schools in the United States. Matt was a teacher at Dublin Jerome High School where he was a Sociology/Foreign Policy instructor. During his time at Dublin Jerome he was also a Department Chair, Head Basketball Coach, and served on various committees across the district. This experience allowed him to understand the importance of education in our communities across the Columbus, Ohio area. "My goal is to use my accumulation of growth/knowledge on each and every transaction. In addition, my focus is to use an in-depth understanding of what my clients want and need. It doesn't matter the price range. All clients are important and proper communication is what has created my success in the real estate industry.
